Disappointing

They only offer breakfast one day a week!? The lobby lounge area was strange, poor layout, lacking in pleasant atmosphere, not inviting at all. The room layout and bathroom were the most awkward I have ever experienced. Not functional at all. I understand the room space is small, but the space could be used much better than it is laid out right now. I would not stay here again despite it's good location.

Completely gut and redo rooms like 501. Lose the bathtubs, fix the washroom layout and use the remaining space better allowing access to the bed from both sides. Offer real pour over coffees in the room, Tainan has lots, no excuse for the sweetened stuff in the room. And more comfortable beds would help.

Breakfast was included but today, Monday 4th January, the kitchen was closed.

The room was clean, well-designed and comfortable. There was background music in the corridor. Very soothing

Not English friendly. Since Tainan is one of the top touristic destination in Taiwan, the hotel staffs should be able to speak at least a little bit of English.

A cheap hotel with a good value

It is clean and in a good situation. It is not expensive

The check in begins at 4,00 pm and the check is at 11 am. The room is very small. The breakfast is poor and there is no western options

Location of the hotel is very good, close to all amenities.

Wonderful

The staff were super friendly, especially the receptionist, from the moment he knew I was Spanish, he tried his best to speak un poquito de español. The room was big with a lovely bathtub. Breakfast was better than I expected for its price!
